How to Delete Your Mobilize App Account
Option 1: Deleting Your Account Within the App
- Open the Mobilize App
- Navigate to the “Profile” tab in the bottom navigation bar
- Tap on “Settings” (gear icon in the top right corner)
- Scroll down and select “Account Settings”
- Tap on “Delete Account”
- Review the information about account deletion
- Enter your password to confirm
- Tap “Delete My Account” to confirm your decision
Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Email
- Sending an email to support@mobilize-app.com
- Include the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
- Provide your registered email address and username
- We will respond within 3 business days to confirm receipt and may request verification of your identity
What Happens to Your Data
Data That Will Be Deleted:
- Personal profile information (email address, username, full name)
- Custom exercises and programs you’ve created
- Workout logs and history
- Pain scale tracking data
- User notes and observations
- Saved favorites and preferences
Data That May Be Retained:
- Financial Records: If you made purchases, transaction records may be retained for 7 years as required by applicable accounting and tax laws. These records will not include complete payment details.
- Anonymized Usage Data: Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytics purposes but will not be personally identifiable.
- Backup Systems: Your data may remain in encrypted backup systems for up to 90 days before being permanently purged.
- Legal Requirements: Information may be retained if required by law, court order, or to detect/prevent fraud.
Subscription Management
- For iOS users: Manage subscriptions through Apple App Store settings
- For Android users: Manage subscriptions through Google Play Store settings
